Frequently asked questions
Is visitor data separated between organizations?
Yes. Tenant scope is enforced at the database layer with row-level security, and it comes from trusted server-side context rather than anything the browser supplies.
Can the audit trail be edited or deleted?
No. Update and delete are refused by the database rather than discouraged in the application, and each row is hash-chained to the previous one per organization, so an alteration or a gap is detectable rather than silent.
What happens if screening cannot complete?
The visit holds rather than passes. A screen that cannot run, or a possible match that has not been decided, does not become an approval by default.
Where is the data held?
In United States infrastructure, with no offshore storage or processing. Personnel arrangements are described separately in the privacy policy rather than covered by that commitment.
