Each evidence pack includes the screening result, the lists checked, the adjudication decision, reviewer identity and role, timestamps for every action, regulatory citations, and any notes added during review. It is a self-contained PDF document.

Can evidence packs be generated retroactively?

Yes. Evidence packs can be generated for any past screening in the system. All data is preserved in append-only audit logs, so evidence packs produced months or years later contain the same information as if generated immediately after the screening.

Who typically requests evidence packs?

External auditors, compliance consultants, legal counsel, board audit committees, and regulators. Evidence packs are designed to provide third parties with a complete, self-contained record of a specific screening and decision.

Are evidence packs tamper-proof?

Evidence packs are generated from append-only audit logs. Once a screening or adjudication is recorded, application users cannot edit or delete its audit record. The evidence pack reflects the true state of the record at the time of each action.
